Supreme Property Maintenance has been a South Australian, family-owned and operated business for over 20 years. Established in 1998 by owner Matt Allan as a sole trader business, his dream was to bring his wife and son, and eventually more staff, into the business. SPM now has a great team and have built an amazing rapport with our clients all over Adelaide. Our professionals provide quality workmanship and outstanding service on every occasion. Services

We have painters, carpenters and general maintenance staff that are employed by us. We are your one stop shop for all Pre sale/post sale works.
One of our staff custom makes window screens and security doors and fixes sash windows. We run a gutter cleaning schedule for landlords and send reminders accordingly when due.
Pressure washing, gable and gutter replacements, brick work, ceiling replacements, painting, all carpentry needs, Roof leaks and repairs – we do charge to go and locate the leaks and provide a full report with photos
